Frank is the principal and founder of ASPM Associates and a lecturer, author, and instructor. He is considered an authority on project management and presents on a variety of Agile and Scrum management topics, ranging from a project-essentials to the complexities of team motivation. He has published articles on new project management trends, the international changing trends in PM, advances in risk management, and the nuances of Scrum training. His work in both a product and project management has taken him around the world, with a few of the leading international organizations. Frank regularly consults and coaches on project management, presentation skills, risk, and course development with a variety of organizations. He holds several University degrees in computer science, and is a certified Scrum Master through the Project Management Institute.
